PNRR: Finalizarea proiectului „Sisteme inteligente de transport urban la nivelul Municipiului Sibiu”

The municipality of Sibiu has completed the project "Intelligent Urban Transport Systems" funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). This initiative aims to modernize urban transport through smart solutions for traffic management. Key investments include upgrading traffic lights at 18 intersections, installing wireless traffic detectors, and creating a traffic control center. Additionally, a public transport tracking system and digital information panels have been implemented to enhance passenger experience. This project is a significant step towards a sustainable urban mobility system in Sibiu.
