PNRR, bilanț preliminar: MIPE estimează absorbție de peste 90% la granturi și peste 95% la împrumuturi

Romania is expected to achieve over 90% absorption for grants and over 95% for loans under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, according to preliminary estimates from the Ministry of Investments and European Projects. The final absorption rate will be confirmed after the submission and evaluation of the last payment request. The implementation period for reforms and investments ended on August 31, 2026, but administrative processes continue. The total value of Romania's PNRR is approximately €20.11 billion, with €13.57 billion in grants and €6.54 billion in loans. The final payment request will determine the total amount Romania can receive.
