PNL și USR sesizează Curtea Constituțională în privința desemnării conducerii TVR

PNL and USR have filed a complaint with the Constitutional Court regarding the interim leadership appointments at the Romanian Television Society, claiming the process violated legal provisions. Raluca Turcan criticized the method used by PSD and AUR to bypass the plenary session, arguing it undermines constitutional law. USR's Alexandru Dimitriu added that they also initiated an administrative litigation to address potential issues with the Court's jurisdiction. The Constitutional Court previously ruled that Parliament's decisions on the management of public broadcasting were unconstitutional, leading to interim appointments. Recent appointments were made by the joint permanent offices of Parliament, which PNL and USR contest as illegal.
