PNL și USR cer renunțarea la votul online în Parlament

PNL and USR groups in the Romanian Parliament have requested the end of online voting, stating that the reasons for its introduction are no longer valid. Raluca Turcan emphasized that online voting was initially implemented during the pandemic and extended for the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, which has now concluded. She argued that physical presence in Parliament is essential for meaningful debate and decision-making. Turcan criticized the decline in parliamentary activity attributed to online voting and called for a return to in-person discussions, aligning with practices in other democratic countries.
