PSD plans to appeal to the Bucharest Court of Appeal on July 28 to suspend decisions made by the government. They contest decisions from a July 23 meeting and other acts, alleging constitutional violations. The National Liberal Party (PNL) responded, accusing PSD of politicizing the issue and risking investment projects. PNL asserts that the Bolojan government acted within legal bounds to protect Romania's interests and commitments under the PNRR. They criticize PSD for hindering essential projects instead of facilitating them.
