The proposed service, named RTDE, will be managed by the Municipal Company Barking Bucharest and will operate in the central area of the city. The project includes a five-year delegation contract and a designated storage facility for up to 250 vehicles. The service will operate 24/7, responding to reports of illegal parking with specific response times depending on the hour and day.
