This area is already congested and will face further restrictions. The Constanța Bridge, built in 1938, has not seen significant repairs since the late 1980s. The project is part of a larger modernization effort for tram tracks in the area, which includes complex underground work. The mayor aims to complete the project by September, coinciding with the return of students to school. Traffic is currently redirected to adjacent streets due to ongoing restrictions, and additional public transport improvements are planned.
