Authorities confirmed that the affected floors, 6, 7, and 8, will be demolished for safety reasons. The explosion was caused by a gas leak from a cracked pipe, which was ignited by an electrical short circuit. Investigators are still determining the exact source of the ignition due to extensive damage.
