Plăți de milioane pentru metroul din Cluj, deși stadiul șantierului e incert

Cluj Napoca's municipality has made payments for the metro project, totaling nearly 162 million euros to contractor Gülermak. Despite these payments, the project's progress remains uncertain, focusing more on design and technical coordination than visible construction. Payments for supervision services have also been made to SYSTRA and Structurall Consulting Napoca, amounting to approximately 13.45 million lei.
