However, sporadic technical incidents may still occur, and drivers will not be penalized if they attempted to pay but were unable to due to these issues. Users are advised to access the platform before traveling to purchase road tolls. Payments can be made via a route ticket or a charging session through the mobile app. Users who made payments via bank transfer can request refunds. Validity of previously purchased road tolls remains intact until their expiration date, while some tolls for heavier vehicles will cease to be valid after October 1, 2026, with refunds available through the app.
