The TollRo platform is back to normal operation after resolving technical issues. Users affected by the disruptions will not face penalties, according to CNAIR. The technical teams managed to fix the problems that occurred on Friday morning. Users who couldn't purchase TollRo during the downtime will not be sanctioned. Vehicles with an active OBE device or valid route ticket will not be recorded as unpaid, and fees will be determined later without extra costs for users.
