The PNRR platform for medical appointments is not mandatory, allowing patients to continue using traditional scheduling methods. CNAS president Horațiu Moldovan emphasized that those who prefer not to use the eSănătateaMea portal can still book appointments as before. While the platform is an additional option for patients, it will be mandatory for healthcare providers to register to be accessible to patients. Currently, training sessions for specialists on using the new platform are ongoing, with significant participation from providers.
