The MyEterra platform, intended for online access to cadastral documents, is currently not operational, according to the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity (ANCPI). Despite rumors suggesting otherwise, ANCPI clarified that property owners must obtain documents in person at cadastral offices. MyEterra is undergoing security and performance testing, and the agency will announce its availability once operational. The platform aims to streamline access to services, including ePay functionalities, but is still in development following previous IT issues faced by ANCPI. Property owners are advised to rely on official communication channels for updates.
