The Romanian government has increased staff for validating accounts on the e-Sănătatea mea platform due to accessibility issues reported by users. Approximately 25,000 identity validation requests are pending, with around 10,000 new requests daily. The government has temporarily added 19 trained personnel to expedite the process, which previously had 40 staff members. They assure that the issue will be resolved within a week, emphasizing the importance of rigorous checks to prevent fraud. Users are advised to install the latest version of the platform, and additional enrollment solutions are being implemented. The portal is currently functional, with full features to be operational soon.
