The local emergency plan was activated as symptoms appeared after returning home. So far, 20 children have visited the Onești emergency unit, while 16 were assessed at a local dispensary. All affected children attend a school in Căiuți, which participates in a healthy meal program. Medical teams and ambulances have been deployed to manage the situation effectively, with ongoing evaluations and support from neighboring counties.
