The complaint highlights incidents from October 5 and September 16, where Stoica claims her right to speak was denied. She alleges that Intotero improperly put a vote on the establishment of an inquiry committee, which should have been the plenary's responsibility. Stoica also asserts that Intotero repeatedly violated the rules by interrupting deputies' speeches and cutting off microphones, hindering their ability to address procedural issues.
