Pîslaru: Nu avem acord între partide pe Legea salarizării

Romania risks missing a key milestone in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan due to a lack of political agreement on the salary law, according to interim Minister Dragoș Pîslaru. He emphasized that the responsibility lies with the parties not supporting the project, as two parties back it while two others are hesitant. A decisive meeting at Cotroceni Palace is expected to determine the project's fate. Pîslaru criticized trade unions opposing the law, stating it could lead to significant salary increases in the public sector and financial losses related to the PNRR. He plans to be firm on this issue, especially as protests coincide with crucial discussions.
