The average selling price increased by 24% to €3,853 per sqm. The company has 75% of its construction units contracted and plans to launch new developments. Contracted revenues reached €445 million, the highest in its history, with a strong commercial portfolio generating stable income. The company continues to support long-term growth with a substantial land portfolio.
