Piața imobiliară din Sibiu, dominată de incertitudine. Cursul euro frânează tranzacțiile, dar prețurile rezistă: „Oamenii sunt mai temători”

The real estate market in Sibiu is facing challenges due to political instability and a rising euro exchange rate, which has reached a historic high. The 21% VAT has discouraged new home purchases, while high interest rates hinder mortgage approvals, leading to stagnation in transactions. Despite cautious buyers, sellers are reluctant to lower prices, maintaining high property values. Rental prices, however, have decreased due to an oversupply, contrasting with the overall market trend. The situation is exacerbated by the increased costs of living and financing, making home buying more difficult for potential buyers.
