Piața auto din România scade în septembrie. APIA: BYD intră în Top 4 al mărcilor, peste Volkswagen

In September 2026, new car registrations in Romania fell by 11% compared to the previous year, while electrified vehicle sales rose by 16%. BYD, a Chinese manufacturer, surprisingly ranked fourth in new car registrations, according to APIA. A total of 10,952 new cars were registered, with Dacia leading the market. The Dacia Logan was the most registered model, followed by Dacia Duster and Toyota Corolla Cross. Overall, the total car market decreased by 10% in the first nine months of 2026 compared to 2025.
