The Romanian auto market shows a steady interest in car purchases, with new cars gradually gaining ground despite a decline in registrations. SUVs remain the most popular choice among buyers. An analysis by Autovit.ro reveals that while used cars dominate the market, the share of new cars has increased slightly. The summer months saw a decrease in new car registrations by 11.1%, while used cars from imports dropped by 17%. However, the interest in purchasing remains high, with stable leads indicating a stronger buying intent. SUVs accounted for a significant portion of views and leads, with a 7% increase in interest compared to the previous year. The most expensive car listed was a Rolls-Royce Cullinan priced at €710,000.
