Petrolul revine la peste 100 de dolari pe baril. Atacurile asupra petrolierelor din Golf amplifică temerile privind aprovizionarea

Oil prices have surpassed $100 per barrel again due to increased attacks on maritime transport in the Gulf region. Brent crude rose to $101.53, while WTI reached $89.39. The rise reflects investor concerns over oil transport risks, especially near the strategic Strait of Hormuz. Recent attacks on oil tankers have heightened risks for maritime companies and producers. Despite coordinated efforts to mitigate the energy crisis, including the release of strategic reserves by the IEA, prices remain high. This situation could lead to increased transportation costs and inflationary pressures in various economies, including Romania.
