Petrișor Peiu respinge categoric posibilitatea ca AUR să-l susțină pe Siegfried Mureșan: „Trebuie să fii masochist să bați la ușa AUR. Nici pe vizor nu ne uităm”

Petrișor Peiu, leader of AUR senators, firmly rejected the idea of supporting Siegfried Mureșan's government, stating that AUR would not entertain such a proposal. He criticized the notion of Mureșan seeking AUR's backing, suggesting it would be illogical given past criticisms. Peiu also speculated that Mureșan's rejection in Parliament could be part of a political strategy by Nicușor Dan to later nominate Sorin Grindeanu. He emphasized that AUR would not support any government led by Grindeanu without prior negotiations. Meanwhile, Mureșan announced plans to collaborate with experts from PNL, USR, and UDMR to develop a governance program.
