Peter Magyar, ironii după oprirea centralei de la Cernavodă

Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar commented on Romania's decision to shut down the Cernavodă nuclear plant due to low Danube water levels, highlighting Hungary's efforts to prevent a similar situation at the Paks plant. Magyar noted that Hungarian authorities rejected calls for similar interventions and are instead planning to build a dam to raise water levels. This plan includes using 145,000 cubic meters of stone and controlled sinking of barges to improve cooling conditions for the reactors. Meanwhile, Romania's attempts to maintain Reactor 2's operation ultimately failed, leading to a complete shutdown.
