Peter Magyar a pregătit taxa pe marile averi. De când se aplică. Prietenul lui Viktor Orban, cel mai bogat maghiar în 2025
The Hungarian government plans to impose a wealth tax on individuals with assets exceeding one billion forints, equivalent to approximately 3.08 million dollars. This initiative, announced by Prime Minister Peter Magyar, fulfills a campaign promise. The tax will be 1% on the portion of wealth above the threshold, effective January 2027. Those with over 100 billion forints will face a 1.5% tax on the excess. The tax will cover all asset types, including real estate and investments, with debts deductible from the taxable base. The proposals will soon be available for public consultation before parliamentary approval.
