Peste jumătate dintre bugetari cred că unele concursuri la stat sunt „teatru administrativ”, arată un sondaj
A survey reveals that over half of public sector employees in Romania perceive some state competitions as mere formalities, with 54.7% believing results are predetermined. The study, conducted by APSAP, involved 2,169 respondents and highlighted a significant lack of trust in recruitment processes. Employees with more experience tend to be more skeptical, while those with higher incomes are less likely to notice such issues. Additionally, 66.2% of respondents reported feeling a form of self-censorship at work, fearing professional repercussions for expressing their opinions. Despite these concerns, 57.4% believe the public administration has improved over the past five years, although many feel recent reorganizations have had little impact on their daily work.
