Banks and developers have announced approximately 250 million euros in funding for residential projects in Romania, with estimates suggesting the actual amount could be at least double. In the first seven months of this year, 247.1 million euros were allocated for over 13 residential projects in Bucharest and key regional markets. SVN Romania's estimates indicate a significant increase in approved corporate financing for residential developments by 2026. The company provided business consulting and financial intermediation services for 55 million euros in corporate loans for four projects in Bucharest. Despite a slight decrease in sales in the Bucharest-Ilfov region, the appetite for funding remains strong, although unrealistic business plans can hinder financing processes.
