The retail sector remains the largest employer, while education and pharmaceuticals saw fewer job offers. Candidates aged 25-35 were the most active, generating 4.1 million applications. The average number of applications per job reached 65, with retail and IT exceeding 90. As of mid-October, over 24,000 job opportunities were available across various platforms.
