Over 9,000 ornamental plants and 120 trees have been planted on Calea Griviței in Sector 1 of Bucharest. The area has been redesigned to transform courtyards into gardens for residents to enjoy. Mayor George Tuță emphasized the importance of creating green spaces for community relaxation and interaction. The project aims to enhance the relationship between citizens and their urban environment, making it more inviting. Improvements include new lighting, repaired pedestrian paths, and designated areas for relaxation and socialization. The initiative reflects a broader plan to develop similar green spaces throughout the city.
