Peste 8.200 de joburi în sănătatea privată

Since the beginning of the year, over 8,200 job openings have been created in the private healthcare sector in Romania, primarily for medical staff. Despite this, the public healthcare system continues to face a personnel crisis, with many healthcare professionals being sought after abroad, where salaries can exceed €10,000 per month. The number of available jobs in the private sector has decreased by 15% compared to last year, ranking it 12th among active employers. The most in-demand positions include general and specialized nurses, as well as various medical specialists. While the government is attempting to address the staffing shortage in public healthcare, interest in medical jobs remains relatively low, with only about 500,000 applications for healthcare positions out of over 8.3 million total applications.
