In just seven days, over 650 traffic violations were recorded by police in Alba as part of the Roadpol 'Focus on the Road' campaign. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about the dangers of using mobile phones while driving and the importance of seatbelt use. A total of 658 fines were issued, including 31 for phone use and 212 for not wearing seatbelts. Authorities emphasize that attention while driving is crucial for the safety of all road users, as even a moment of distraction can lead to serious consequences.
