Peste 6 din 10 români nu își permit o vacanță anuală, potrivit datelor Eurostat

Romania ranks first in the EU for the percentage of people unable to afford a week's vacation away from home, with 61.4% of adults affected in 2025. This figure is significantly higher than the EU average of 27.5%. While there has been a slight increase in this percentage compared to the previous year, the long-term trend shows improvement since 2015. The data highlights ongoing disparities in purchasing power across European economies, with Luxembourg having the lowest percentage of people unable to afford a vacation at 10.6%. Despite economic growth, many Romanians still struggle with basic expenses like annual vacations, reflecting broader financial well-being issues.
