Peste 52.000 de firme au fost radiate în primele șapte luni ale anului

In the first seven months of 2026, 52,741 companies were deregistered in Romania, marking a 3.54% increase compared to the same period in 2025. The highest number of deregistrations occurred in Bucharest, followed by Cluj and Timiș counties. Conversely, the least deregistrations were noted in Ialomița and Giurgiu. Significant increases were observed in Galați and Călărași, while Olt and Vrancea reported the largest decreases. The wholesale and retail trade sector saw the most deregistrations, with a notable decline in construction and transportation sectors. In July 2026 alone, 6,458 companies were deregistered, primarily in Bucharest and Cluj.
