Peste 500 de persoane semnalate în Sistemul Informatic Schengen, localizate într-o săptămână

Between September 11 and 17, Romanian police executed 19 European arrest warrants and identified 50 individuals flagged by Schengen member states. A total of 401 people were located in Romania based on alerts in the Schengen Information System. Among them, 183 were sought for judicial proceedings, and 6 were reported missing. Additionally, 27 documents and 29 vehicles were seized, while 107 individuals wanted by Romanian authorities were identified abroad. The cooperation through the SIRENE Bureau facilitated these operations, highlighting the ongoing collaboration within the Schengen framework.
