In the last 24 hours, over 500 driving licenses were suspended by the Romanian Police, with 68 for alcohol consumption and 143 for speeding. The police conducted 481 operations nationwide, responding to nearly 3,000 incidents. They also apprehended 14 individuals wanted at national and international levels and issued over 9,600 fines totaling more than 4 million lei. The actions aimed to enhance road safety, resulting in 137 traffic-related offenses being recorded.
