At the end of August, Bucharest recorded 5,405 unemployed individuals, with a 0.41% unemployment rate. Nearly 30% of these individuals hold higher education degrees, yet many struggle to find jobs. Among the unemployed, 3,348 are women, and over 3,100 do not receive unemployment benefits. The majority have high school education, while 14.8% have only completed gymnasium. The AMOFM classifies 1,058 individuals as very hard to employ, indicating significant challenges in the job market.
