Peste 400 de școli din Franța vor fi închise luni

In France, over 400 schools will be partially or fully closed due to security concerns amid ongoing student protests. The Education Minister reported that many schools have been vandalized and staff injured during demonstrations against perceived underfunding of education. Protests began on September 17 and have escalated, with students demanding better conditions and addressing issues like overcrowded classrooms and inadequate facilities. While the government acknowledges the legitimacy of grievances, it condemns the violence associated with the protests. New demonstrations are planned as unions also pressure the government for financial reforms.
