The company’s developments have created over 16,000 jobs and contributed over 7 million euros in local taxes. The demand for modern office spaces remains high, with no new projects completed in Bucharest in the first half of 2026. The company aims to expand its portfolio to 195,000 square meters by 2026 and over 300,000 square meters by 2030, focusing on sustainability and tenant retention.
