Peste 100 de fermieri din Sibiu, neplătiți: APIA explică întârzierile la plata subvențiilor

During the Prefectural College meeting, it was revealed that 290 farmers in Sibiu have not received payments for the 2025 application year, with 174 being deceased. The payments are delayed due to unresolved succession issues. The remaining 116 farmers will be paid once the necessary conditions for agri-environment payments are implemented in the system. Additionally, APIA Sibiu faces challenges such as high workload, recruitment restrictions, and outdated vehicles, which affect their operations. The gradual implementation of IT modules has complicated the payment process, leading to increased work pressure on staff.
