Peste 10.000 de funcţionari din Finlanda participă la un exerciţiu de evacuare civilă, în contextul atacurilor hibride venite din Rusia

Over 10,000 officials from nearly 500 organizations in Finland are participating in a three-day national civil defense exercise focused on population evacuation in emergencies. Coordinated by the Finnish Licensing and Supervision Agency (LVV), this exercise aims to enhance Finland's overall security. Named LVV26, it simulates a fictional international crisis involving severe cyberattacks and the threat of military aggression. The goal is to improve civil protection capabilities, encourage joint action, and enhance communication with the public during emergencies. The exercise does not involve actual evacuations but focuses on planning for safe mass movements and effective distribution of citizens to shelters. It includes participation from municipal officials, government agencies, security forces, and private companies, reflecting Finland's commitment to strengthening its defense against hybrid threats, particularly from Russia.
