Peste 1.800 de blocuri din București rămân fără apă caldă din 28 septembrie

The Municipal Company Termoenergetica Bucharest announced modernization works on the primary thermal network in sectors 4 and 5 starting September 28, 2026. In Sector 5, work will occur on Nuțu Ion Street, affecting several nearby areas and requiring temporary suspension of hot water supply to 48 thermal points serving around 743 blocks. In Sector 4, the focus is on a primary heating pipe, with similar impacts on 72 thermal points and approximately 1,100 blocks. The project is part of the POIM initiative, funded by European and state resources, and aims to rehabilitate Bucharest's heating system. Customers can get updates via a dedicated hotline and the Termoalert app.
