Peste 1.000 de amenzi aplicate de ANPC pentru mâncare stricată și mucegai în restaurante

The National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) imposed fines totaling nearly 5 million lei after nationwide inspections revealed numerous violations among commercial operators. Over 1,000 fines were issued for issues such as improper food storage, mold, and rust. Inspections conducted from September 28 to October 2, 2026, led to the temporary suspension of products worth over 1 million lei and the permanent removal of non-compliant items valued at over 250,000 lei. Additionally, 15 businesses had their services halted until deficiencies were corrected.
