Performanţă românească în Japonia. Un chef din Cluj a devenit campion mondial la sushi

A chef from Cluj-Napoca, Vlad Tănasie, has won the World Sushi Cup in Japan, excelling in all three categories. At 33, he was awarded the title of best sushi chef outside Japan, showcasing his skills by preparing a traditional Edomae platter in just 40 minutes. Tănasie began his sushi journey 12 years ago while studying, motivated by the limited number of sushi chefs in Romania. His passion grew after training with a Japanese chef, leading him to open his own restaurant and teach others the art of Japanese cuisine.
