Performanță deosebită: Un elev din Oradea a câștigat argintul la Olimpiada Internațională de Matematică

Mihai-Alexandru Ardelean, a 9th-grade student from Oradea, won a silver medal at the 2026 International Mathematical Olympiad in Shanghai, ranking 76th among 666 participants. He scored 27 points, achieving maximum points on three problems. Romania's team secured six medals, with Ardelean being the first student from Bihor to qualify for this competition. The Romanian team ranked 12th overall, with David-Vlad Mărghidan winning gold.
