Complaints surfaced in August from clients of Adonis Travel, who reported that paid services were not provided. Some customers arrived at destinations only to find that their accommodations were not booked. Authorities are gathering evidence and have not disclosed the company's name or the total amount of alleged damages. The investigation continues under the supervision of the local prosecutor's office.
