CTP has signed a lease agreement with Pepco for 55,619 sqm at CTPark Bucharest West, which will serve as a regional distribution center for Central and Eastern Europe. Pepco has occupied the space since 2022 through a third-party logistics provider but has now established a direct contract with CTP. DHL Supply Chain has also recently taken over the operational management of Pepco's distribution center in Bucharest, marking its entry into the Romanian market. CTPark Bucharest West is the largest industrial park in continental Europe, with nearly 1.5 million sqm of planned leasable space, providing direct access to major transport corridors.
