Seven types of mistakes were identified, including incorrect pension amounts and funding sources. Some beneficiaries received pensions despite earning incompatible incomes, while others did not have their pensions converted to retirement pensions when eligible. Additionally, discrepancies in disability grades and failure to apply necessary adjustments were noted. The report highlights the need for corrective measures to address these financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with legal standards.
