The National House of Public Pensions has launched a new online portal for pensioners and insured individuals, allowing them to submit requests, check contribution periods, and access documents electronically. This platform, available since September 1, 2026, eliminates the need for in-person visits to pension offices for various services. Users can log in with existing credentials from the previous system, and the portal offers features such as online submission of requests, access to personal data, and a pension simulation tool. The initiative is part of a digitalization project funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery.
