Starting August 2026, pensioners can access their e-Talon documents electronically through the CNPP portal. Users must consent to receive e-Talon by checking a box in the SPV Portal. The e-Talon will show up to six months of pension information, including payment details. If consent is given early in the month, the e-Talon will be available the following month; otherwise, it will be sent two months later. December's e-Talon will also be sent in physical format due to travel coupons. The e-Talon serves as an official document for income verification and must be downloaded and saved by users.
