The total budget for pension indexation is set at 9.6 billion lei, which translates to an average monthly increase of 190 lei for approximately 4.2 million pensioners. This adjustment is based on a calculation that considers the inflation rate and wage growth, but it still violates the legal stipulations. Manole indicated that the final figures will depend on future budget adjustments, suggesting the actual increase could be even lower.
